Beschreibung

• Manage the accounting departments • Create development plans and provide mentorship, technical direction, support, and feedback to accounting staff • Communicate with FP&A, clients’ leadership, physician leadership, financial analysts, and managers on accounting issues, reports, and functions • Improve quality, efficiency, and reduce bank fees • Participate in developing objectives and managing staff • Establish and monitor internal controls over assets; develop and write accounting policies and procedures • Prepare cash-basis financials for medical groups for tax purposes • Assist the Assistant Controller/Controller with annual GAAP-basis financial statements • Coordinate annual audits and tax filings for all entities • Ensure fiscal deadlines, data provision, monthly closing, and transaction recording are completed accurately and timely • Develop and implement procedures to gather data for sound financial information and planning • Build and update financial reports and provide financial analysis • Work with Treasury on inter-company transactions and monitor CEPA entities’ cash positions and transfers • Assist with NetSuite bank reconciliations • Enhance NetSuite, Coupa, and Concur processes • Automate manual processes using technology • Work with IT and department managers on inter-departmental projects and operations • Provide leadership and management for assigned finance functions • Help create finance-related service level agreements with departments

🎯 Anforderungen

• Seven or more years’ experience in Accounting required • Two to three years of progressive management experience required • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field required • Experience working with a multi-state company preferred • Experience with NetSuite ERP preferred • Prior experience in the healthcare industry preferred • In-depth knowledge of GAAP • Strong understanding and working knowledge of current accounting and finance reporting practices • Working understanding of business accounting practices • Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Vlookup, and simple formulas • Strong analytical skills with ability to research and troubleshoot issues • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and changing environment • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships • Ability to evaluate and convey information effectively in reports to Finance, Operations, and Executive groups • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting business-critical deadlines • Strong time management and organizational skills • High standards of ethics, accountability, and responsibility
