Beschreibung

• Provide a professional engineering service for assure (faults) and provide (MACD) activities for VodafoneThree customers • Work alongside project/principal engineers to deliver assigned project streams for clients and the company • Manage risk and costs while ensuring quality and health and safety requirements are met • Assure/incidence management of Cisco Managed LAN and WLAN • Manage day-to-day projects and provide activities • Achieve performance levels aligned with business targets, customer requirements, and functional SLAs • Escalate issues and potential delays through line-management channels to prevent SLA breaches • Maintain site documentation • Liaise daily with Project Engineers, Project Managers, Service Desk, and High Care Delivery colleagues • Attend and repair customer faults within agreed timescales • Travel to customer sites in and around the Midlands and South of the UK on an ad hoc basis • Participate in a standby rota once fully up to speed

🎯 Anforderungen

• Extensive experience with Cisco LAN and Wireless LAN technologies • Knowledge of switching and IP addressing best practice • Good understanding of Cisco Voice Technologies • Experience configuring networks in a managed data-networking environment • Ideally coupled with a networking qualification • Technical knowledge of networking principles • Proven track record of successful technical project implementation across various delivery solutions • Ability to develop strong customer relationships and function in a team environment • Good interpersonal skills and effective communication • Holds valid SC Clearance, or must be SC-clearable and willing to obtain SC clearance • Ability and willingness to undergo and obtain Secure Vetting (SC) clearance • Willingness to travel to customer sites in and around the Midlands and South of the UK • Willingness to work on a standby rota once fully trained
