Beschreibung

• Support product go-to-market strategies and coordinate digital, social media, brand, and market research efforts • Map the buyer journey and deliver timely content showcasing value propositions • Understand customer needs and behaviors and pursue growth campaigns and experiments • Create product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement content • Strengthen the sales enablement library with videos, testimonials, eBooks, and white papers • Train sales and customer support teams on product features • Conduct and interpret market data for product development • Measure, track, and analyze marketing performance against SMART goals and expected outcomes • Influence product features, user experience, naming, packaging, future iterations, and strategic initiatives • Implement and analyze the customer testimonial program • Communicate with stakeholders for cross-departmental campaign alignment • Identify target prospect accounts for account-based marketing • Work with sales to improve conversions throughout the sales funnel and turn qualified leads into customers

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, messaging, and search engine optimization tactics • B2B and software industry experience is a plus • Strong understanding of the go-to-market process • AI expertise and ability to apply AI-first marketing approaches • Decision-making skills • Organizational skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Account-Based Marketing experience desired • Knowledge of Google Analytics • Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce • Experience with marketing automation tools, especially HubSpot • Healthcare, rental, or construction industry experience preferred • Ability to travel up to 20% • Energetic, self-motivated, positive attitude, and sense of humor • Ability to thrive in an agile environment and manage shifting deadlines • Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders • Adaptable and flexible
