Beschreibung

• Providing daily coaching to 1 of 15 mobile automotive tool distributors/franchisee owners • Offering ongoing sales and business management coaching support to other distributors • Analyzing business data prior to sales calls to guide performance • Surveying, recruiting, and qualifying potential franchisee prospects • Presenting, handling objections, selling Matco's Tool Distribution Franchise to prospects • Communicating with corporate customer service, financial services, sales, etc. • Completing formal business reviews and providing countermeasures • Using MS Office for sales management and tracking results

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5 years of sales experience required • High School Diploma is required; Bachelor's degree is desirable for advancement • Must have the ability to receive product at home • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills • Highly disciplined, independent, entrepreneurial, and well organized • Basic MS Office knowledge required; intermediate proficiency is a big help • Able to lift and carry products/equipment of up to 60 lbs. • Valid driver's license and insurance • Able to travel up to 5 hours a day (3 or 4 overnights/month) as needed
