Entwickelt von Künstlern für Künstler, bietet Wand Unterstützung für mehrere Ebenen, eine benutzerdefinierte Pinsel-Engine, vorinstallierte Stilbibliotheken, Datensatzspeicherung und Funktionen wie regionale iterative Bearbeitung, transparenten PNG-Export und Apple Pencil-Optimierung, um kreative Arbeitsabläufe zu optimieren. Beschreibung

• Define and lead Wand's product strategy across the full product suite • Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the gaming platform and player experience • Lead the product lifecycle from customer discovery and strategy through launch, iteration, and optimization • Partner with Engineering and Design to prioritize initiatives and deliver high-quality consumer products • Establish product management best practices, operating processes, and product planning • Use customer research, analytics, and experimentation to understand player behavior and inform product decisions • Drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization metrics • Define and track product KPIs and use data to prioritize investments and measure success • Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders to identify product opportunities and expand the ecosystem • Evaluate emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and gaming trends • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing product team • Report directly to Founder & CEO Zach Rueda

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years of product management experience, including leadership experience at high-growth consumer technology companies • Proven track record building and scaling multi-surface consumer products with millions of users, ideally in gaming, entertainment, consumer software, or digital platforms • Track record of leading complex, cross-functional product and design teams • Experience building from the ground up in a founder-led startup environment and comfort with ambiguity • Strong customer intuition and demonstrated success building engaging, retention-driven consumer experiences • Deep experience using experimentation, analytics, and user research to inform product decisions • Experience partnering closely with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality products quickly • Strong understanding of product-led growth, engagement loops, monetization strategies, and user lifecycle management • Experience hiring, mentoring, and developing product managers while establishing scalable product processes • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executive leadership and align cross-functional teams • Visionary, creative, entrepreneurial, hardworking, adaptable, and resilient • Strong executive presence and communication skills • Passion for gaming, interactive entertainment, and emerging consumer technology, with a deep understanding of culture, creators, and community • Collaborative, low-ego, energetic, hands-on, and detail-oriented • Track record of launching memorable, culturally relevant campaigns
