Beschreibung

• Prepare and analyze accurate, timely financial statements in full compliance with US GAAP • Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes • Identify gaps and improve accounting processes to drive efficiency and accuracy • Assist with developing and managing budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals • Work directly with clients to manage financial operations and resolve complex issues • Support, mentor, and guide junior accounting staff

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA preferred but not required) • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong exposure to financial reporting and compliance • Expertise in US GAAP, Excel, and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
