Beschreibung

• Plan, direct, and execute projects from start to finish, creating clear schedules, scopes, budgets, and team workflows • Lead production processes for web, app, and omnichannel marketing projects, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery • Assign and guide tasks across multidisciplinary internal teams and external collaborators, keeping all contributors aligned and energized • Own the financial performance of your projects: estimate costs, manage budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure profitability • Communicate clearly and confidently: manage expectations with clients and stakeholders, ensuring strategic proposals are implemented with excellence • Anticipate and mitigate risks, staying two steps ahead to keep projects on track • Ensure quality across all deliverables, driving high standards and consistency with guidelines and objectives • Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategy, Accounts, Data, and Creative teams to unlock the best outcomes • Manage vendors and external teams, including secure and strategic handling of sensitive and confidential information • Continuously improve how we manage projects, proposing better ways to plan, execute, and measure success • Adapt to and lead across multiple types of projects, from digital campaigns to traditional activations.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of experience managing projects in digital and/or traditional marketing environments • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field • PMP certification is a plus • Strong understanding of project management tools (Trello, Monday, etc.) and digital production workflows • Solid financial skills: ability to estimate, track, and optimize project budgets • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team leadership and client-facing work • High adaptability to changing priorities, with strong organizational and time-management abilities • A proactive, hands-on problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments • Comfortable navigating web and app development processes • A team player with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through • A plus: experience in creative agencies, media environments, or martech solutions.
