Beschreibung

• Define WEKA's positioning, messaging, value propositions, priority use cases, and competitive differentiation for AI inference across the NeuralMesh portfolio • Own the core proposition for AI clouds and service providers, including multitenancy, Kubernetes-based operations, and cross-cloud capabilities • Find, recruit, and support design partners and early adopters with Product and Sales • Define and quantify economic value across GPU utilization, time-to-first-token, throughput, concurrency, tokens per GPU, and cost per token • Turn benchmarks and first production deployments into credible proof with Technical Marketing, Engineering, and early customers • Advise Product on inference strategy, product bets, target customers, and product development priorities • Lead product marketing for new inference capabilities, integrations, and solutions • Test positioning, segments, use cases, and packaging with customers and the field • Develop blogs, web pages, solution briefs, presentations, and customer stories • Create repeatable sales plays, discovery guides, objection handling, and enablement for Sales, Solutions Engineering, and partners • Represent WEKA's inference story with customers, analysts, press, and industry audiences • Track product-market-fit signals, design partner engagement, lighthouse customers, win rates, pipeline, and revenue contribution

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, solution marketing, or a closely related enterprise technology role • Experience taking a new product, category, market proposition, or business from early stage to traction • Strong product marketing fundamentals across customer discovery, positioning and messaging, content development, launches, and go-to-market strategy • Working knowledge of AI inference and related infrastructure, including accelerated computing, model serving, GPU memory, data infrastructure, and production performance and cost dynamics • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand infrastructure architectures, benchmarks, and product capabilities • Ability to build quantified economic value arguments such as TCO, ROI, or cost-per-unit models • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation skills • Experience creating solution briefs, presentations, web content, blogs, whitepapers, sales tools, or similar assets • Ability to work with product managers, engineers, sales teams, and customers • Ability to operate effectively as a senior individual contributor • Strong evidence-driven business judgment • Comfort with ambiguity and evolving market and product strategy • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business field, or equivalent practical experience • Located in North America • Ability to travel up to 25%
