Beschreibung

• Shape and execute the product strategy and roadmap aligned with company vision and business objectives • Drive product discovery through market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and development through launch and post-launch optimization • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on product development and go-to-market strategies • Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility • Break solutions into detailed requirements and acceptance criteria for agile team discussion and estimation • Establish and track KPIs to measure product success and inform improvements • Advocate for user-centered design and exceptional user experiences • Create product briefs, presentations, training materials, and documentation using strong writing and storytelling

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of product management experience • Strong focus on B2B or B2BC SaaS products • Experience owning data-heavy features such as analytics, reporting, dashboards, AI, or complex business logic • Ability to break down complex or ambiguous problems into structured, executable solutions and plans • Analytical mindset and ability to leverage data to drive decisions and measure success • Expertise in product discovery, including market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams and organizational levels
