Beschreibung

• Plan, scope, gather, and validate project requirements with clients • Identify and coordinate relevant client and internal stakeholders to plan and resource projects according to quality, cost, and schedule requirements • Perform risk analysis and contingency planning using the plan-do-check-act cycle • Lead internal and external teams through successful execution and delivery of client projects • Create schedules and monitor delivery timeliness • Manage budgets and control project costs • Establish and nurture relationships with customers, internal teams, and external suppliers • Oversee project activities and resolve problems through corrective and preventive action • Optimize delivery, client satisfaction, quality, and profitability • Report project scope, financials, progress, and status to internal and external stakeholders in written and verbal formats • Keep finance systems up to date and accurate • Maintain process documentation and knowledge management • Maintain project profit through margin management • Deliver services against project-management KPIs including client satisfaction, on-time delivery, cost control, profitability, revenue throughput, and client growth

🎯 Anforderungen

• ONLY CVs IN ENGLISH WILL BE CONSIDERED • Proven project management experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment, ideally in the translation or localization industry • Knowledge of the translation industry and interest in its technology, processes, competitive landscape, and emerging trends • Experience with CAT tools • Experience in financial management and budget-to-actual management • Customer relationship management and business development skills to drive organic growth • Energy and a positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to lead large, diverse, virtual teams • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Effective presentation skills • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive and deadline-driven work environment • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a college or university in a related field or equivalent work experience • Ability to learn and quickly master the technology, tools, and processes required by the account • Ability to train a Project Coordinator on projects/processes
