Beschreibung

• Conduct project finance analyses multiple times per week to ensure accuracy and identify trends • Partner with Project Managers to maximize revenue opportunities and control or reduce costs • Review project costs to detect potential margin erosion and escalate issues early • Follow up with Project Managers on PO uplifts, PWQs, and other billing requirements to support revenue recognition • Prepare and process journal entries, including cost reclasses and corrections • Oversee Sales Order setup to ensure accuracy and understanding of project requirements • Manage WBS setup, updates, FNBL, and closure activities • Provide monthly P&L forecasting insights based on project performance and financial trends • Review overhead cost centers in detail and prepare variance explanations • Project closure for financial forecast and financials • Provide oversight for payroll and time entry processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and resolution of issues • Assist Operations and Finance with forecasting and End of Month (EOM) reporting

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field • 8+ years of relevant professional experience
