Beschreibung

• Define and own the 3–5 year technical roadmap for a high-scale, AI-ready Data Lakehouse optimized for AI Agent operations and context retrieval • Prototype and benchmark emerging AI ecosystem trends, including Multi-Agent Orchestration, autonomous long-term memory management, and Agent Evaluation frameworks • Set standards for code quality, CI/CD, and system design across the organization • Lead cross-functional architecture reviews and serve as the final escalation point for complex technical bottlenecks • Design platform-level interfaces for Agentic workflows, standardized Host-to-Server communication, and tool-execution environments • Build Human-in-the-Loop triggers and fail-safe mechanisms for autonomous actions • Build the Context Fabric enabling AI agents to securely discover, access, and interpret enterprise data • Architect Reasoning-based Retrieval systems that understand agent query intent • Implement and advocate for standards such as the Model Context Protocol (MCP) • Track trends including Small Language Models (SLMs) for edge compute and Agentic RAG • Build tools, SDKs, and engines that enable engineers to develop autonomous agents

🎯 Anforderungen

• 15+ years in software engineering • Expert in Java or Scala with a distributed systems focus and Python • Deep experience building extensible frameworks, high-throughput APIs, and libraries used by other developers • Hands-on experience with Multi-Agent Orchestration using frameworks like LangGraph or CrewAI • Experience transitioning from static RAG to Agentic RAG • Knowledge of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and other emerging interoperability standards • Experience building AI-native CI/CD features, including automated LLM-based evaluations and Automated Root-Cause Analysis • Understanding of Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows • Expert-level experience with GitOps workflows such as ArgoCD or Flux • Mastery of Terraform • Proficiency designing complex CI pipelines using GitHub Actions or GitLab CI • Experience with OpenTelemetry (OTel) • Deep proficiency with AWS and Azure Management Consoles and core services including IAM, EC2/VMs, S3/Blob, and AI/ML service suites • Proven ability to build cloud-agnostic platform layers bridging AWS and Azure • Experience with AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, and Cost Explorer • Proven track record of leading by influence across autonomous teams • Ability to communicate architectural trade-offs to C-suite executives and engineers • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science preferred, or equivalent deep industry experience
