🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in carwash, retail, service, or similar field-operations environments. • Demonstrated success managing P&Ls and driving financial performance. • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills at scale. • Ability to travel daily across multiple locations. • Experience working with mechanical, industrial, or equipment-based operations preferred.
