Beschreibung

• Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for a defined product, sub-product, component, or product domain • Own the product lifecycle from strategic vision through execution and launch • Define market and client needs and translate requirements into actionable engineering deliverables • Drive product strategy, product roadmaps, user stories, requirements, and quarterly OKRs • Build product business plans to drive revenue and rationalize investment • Partner hands-on with engineering leadership to execute product development plans • Monitor KPIs and financial metrics • Participate with cross-functional teams on projects, product issues, and pitfalls • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Client Success on training, sales support, collateral, positioning, promotions, and product financial success • Ensure legal and operational readiness and connect client feedback to revenue-driving technical solutions

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field • 5+ years’ product management and/or business analysis experience in a software environment, including creation and implementation of business objectives and/or requirements documents desirable • 5+ years’ experience with Direct Marketing and Database Marketing a plus • 5+ years’ experience with Scrum or other Agile software development practices • 5+ years’ experience independently managing software development projects of low or medium complexity, managing multiple tasks, and building strong relationships across teams • 3+ years’ experience applying product management methodologies and best practices • Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the United States
