Beschreibung

• Identify and solve high-leverage customer and business problems through data analysis, customer insights, experimentation, and cross-functional discovery • Uncover leverage points across multiple domains by connecting problems and opportunities • Lead complex, ambiguous initiatives from problem discovery through launch, measurement, and iteration • Build and communicate business cases covering opportunity size, tradeoffs, risks, downsides, and potential impact • Create stakeholder alignment by simplifying complexity and communicating strategic choices • Collaborate with data teams to design experiments and measurement frameworks • Identify inefficiencies in the digital product process and facilitate continuous improvement • Help the product team improve discovery skills, analytical thinking, communication, and judgment • Serve as a product leader focused on value creation • Monitor emerging technologies, especially AI, and identify opportunities to transform experiences and user service • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, Creative, Marketing, Member Experience, Finance, and Supply Chain & Operations • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Extensive product management experience leading complex, high-impact digital experiences in DTC commerce and/or applications that help form habits • Proven ability to independently identify systems building solutions, define and communicate strategy, and drive measurable business outcomes • Exceptional analytical ability with experience using data to uncover opportunities • Experience leading prioritization and design collaboration sessions • Strong product intuition paired with deep user empathy • Ability to create alignment without relying on authority • Technical fluency in database and systems architecture and product design • Ability to partner deeply with engineering teams • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience building experimentation frameworks and using insights to guide product direction • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve and accountability matters • Willingness to fill gaps in a selfless manner • Experience building with AI prototyping tools • Comparable depth of professional experience, directly transferable skills, and passion for the mission welcomed in lieu of a specified credential • E-Verify participation/work authorization compliance
