Beschreibung

• Own, define, prioritize and execute on all products, product features and system functionality for the core platform • Create and maintain the product roadmap aligned with market demands and strategic vision • Analyze the target market and gather customer input to select the best ideas to pursue • Monitor competition and develop strategies and tactics to reduce threats • Set product strategy and prioritize features • Serve as the internal and external evangelist for the platform and communicate market insights internally • Execute the roadmap collaboratively with the development and BA team through the product life cycle to meet business goals

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in the mortgage loan origination process (lender, software company, or service provider) • 3+ years of experience building successful software products with heavy reliance on 3rd party integrations • Experience with using AI and building AI tools • Technical background strongly preferred • Ability to make decisions with incomplete information • Know how to lead without mandating • Be comfortable bringing order to potentially ambiguous and complex situations • Possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy • Brilliant communicator • Strategist who translates the company's high-level vision and goals into actionable tasks • Tech savvy and passionate about building products • Track record of developing enterprise quality consumer-facing products • Experience with best practice agile scrum development and lean start up principles • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams • Demonstrated ability to exceed goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment • Successful track record working with remote team members
