Beschreibung

• Work directly with team leadership to deliver on annual goals and achievements and revenue optimization targets. • Drive cross-functional projects dedicated to identifying and accomplishing high-impact, revenue-generating opportunities across assigned accounts. • Provide strategic, data-driven insights to global teams and senior leadership to optimize account performance, improve campaign return on investment, and unlock new revenue streams. • Design and maintain performance dashboards to visualize and quantify the direct revenue impact of account initiatives and projects. • Conduct performance testing and ad-hoc data analysis to refine optimization strategies and accelerate revenue growth. • Act as a subject matter expert, educating internal collaborators, labels, and affiliates on YouTube guidelines and platform features that directly contribute to increased monetization. • Serve as the team’s lead data resource, using Snowflake and Python to analyze metrics and generate revenue-focused reporting for projects and monthly business reviews. • Act as the primary point of contact for resolving network-wide issues, ensuring operational consistency to protect and sustain revenue flow. • Manage commercial programs for assigned accounts, coordinating artist campaigns and partner relationships to drive incremental revenue growth and increase brand presence. • Manage day-to-day operational relationships with external third-party partners, ensuring alignment on strategies that support continued revenue growth and business needs.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3–5 years experience in data analytics, preferably in music, entertainment, or digital media. • Strong understanding of YouTube. • Experience with Python and/or SQL. • Strong prioritization and organizational skills, and ability to work autonomously. • Proven success in turning data into actionable business strategies. • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, cross-functional environment. • Communication and storytelling skills—able to bridge the gap between data and creative teams. • Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of curiosity and problem-solving instincts. • Proficiency in Google productivity tools (e.g. Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.).
