Beschreibung

• Manage all benefit programs and plans, including Health & Wellbeing Plans, Integrated Disability, Leave and Absence Management programs, Retirement Plans, Life Insurance, and Voluntary Benefits • Address and resolve employee Benefits & Wellbeing questions • Manage the overall Well-Being Program • Manage the Benefits & Wellbeing Team and partner with the larger HR team • Lead Open Enrollment, ongoing HRIS configurations, acquisition analysis, and onboarding • Manage vendors and compliance • Lead strategy and project management • Serve as a member of the 401K Committee • Provide thought leadership on strategic direction, competitive positioning, and emerging trends • Develop and design benefits and wellness programs • Drive changes toward best practices, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement • Report to the Chief People Officer • Partner with Talent Management, Compensation & Compliance, Recruiting, Payroll, and HR Technology teams • Oversee the Benefits & Wellbeing Specialist • Inspire a healthy, inclusive wellness culture across the company

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 8–10 years of progressively responsible experience in Benefits, or a minimum of 14 years of relevant experience • CEBS or other equivalent certification preferred • Self-insured benefit plan experience preferred • Working knowledge of HRIS systems • Strong operational execution and vendor management skills • Strong knowledge of state and federal laws/regulations regarding employment and employee benefits • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills • Demonstrated familiarity and understanding of Outlook or other email • Strong analytical skills • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative style • Ability to build relationships with HR business partners, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders • Ability to handle shifting priorities in a constantly changing organization
