Beschreibung

• Coordinate and schedule shipments, deliveries, and transportation activities to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. • Communicate with carriers, freight providers, vendors, and clients to provide shipment updates and proactively resolve delays or service disruptions. • Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation including bills of lading, invoices, tracking reports, and related logistics paperwork. • Monitor shipment status from dispatch through final delivery, ensuring proper documentation and confirmation of receipt. • Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to confirm stock availability and dispatch readiness. • Track freight costs and assist in reviewing logistics expenses to support cost control efforts. • Maintain organized logistics records and update internal systems with accurate shipment data. • Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and increase operational efficiency. • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 1-2 Years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation preferred roles. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
