Beschreibung

• Advance sales pursuits and help drive revenue attainment by evangelizing Workiva’s data management capabilities and platform technologies • Serve as a key member of cross-functional sales teams, participating in account planning and strategy • Drive the technical agenda from initial engagement through deal closure • Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends in cloud computing, data analytics, AI/ML, and cybersecurity • Execute technical discovery with customers to identify solution alignment with customer needs • Prepare and deliver tailored technical demos, presentations, examples, solutions, prototypes, and proofs of concept • Work with customer technical teams and business functions across IT, architecture, platform, integration, accounting, legal, finance, sustainability, audit, risk, FP&A, and financial reporting • Address EMEA architecture requirements, including data sovereignty, data residency, and GDPR compliance • Tailor technical messaging and solution demos for multi-currency and multi-entity consolidation • Share findings, observations, experiences, and successes with team members • Share insights with product management, engineering, product marketing, sales leadership, and executive teams • Engage customers and partners to ensure success and satisfaction • Develop working knowledge of industries, departments, and use cases where Workiva can have an impact • Pursue innovation and creative problem-solving using the Workiva platform

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum 6 years of technical customer-facing experience, ideally in presales, implementation consulting, or training/enablement • Experience with data management, database design, and analysis • Expertise in SQL, data modeling, multidimensional concepts (e.g., Essbase, TM1), relational theory, data transformation (e.g., Alteryx), and advanced Excel • Experience designing and understanding enterprise data architecture • Hands-on experience with various AI tools and understanding of concepts like MCP • Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and IT security considerations, GDPR and data privacy regulations, and European cloud security standards • Preferred: hands-on experience with data platforms, ERPs, performance management systems, or BI platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric/Azure) • Preferred: hands-on experience with data integration and data integration software (e.g., Alteryx, FiveTran, MuleSoft) • Preferred: financial services experience
