Beschreibung

• Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain close client relationships throughout the client lifecycle • Support existing and new clients by delivering practical Health & Safety advice tailored to their needs • Work with the Client Experience team to schedule visits, deliver services and manage client relationships • Ensure contractual obligations are met while delivering an exceptional client experience • Divide time between client visits and dedicated administration days as a home-based consultant • Act as Lead Consultant on designated client accounts • Ensure service delivery and documentation are consistent across colleagues involved in each account • Help organisations improve compliance, manage risk and create safer working environments • Contribute to knowledge sharing within the wider team • Explore specialist development pathways across Fire Safety, CDM and ISO services

🎯 Anforderungen

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Level 6 qualification • Experience providing practical Health & Safety advice across multiple sectors • Commitment to ongoing professional development • Working towards Chartered status • Ability to manage a portfolio of clients • Ability to deliver practical, tailored Health & Safety advice • Ability to work as a Competent Person on behalf of WorkNest • Ability to work effectively with the Client Experience team • Ability to act as Lead Consultant on designated client accounts • Ability to maintain consistent service delivery and documentation
