Beschreibung

• Serve as the primary liaison between the home office and a designated cluster of large, regional U.S. offices • Co-develop and implement integrated Advancement strategies, including church engagement, donor acquisition, and private fundraising • Guide donor acquisition and brand amplification strategies tailored to local office strengths and opportunities • Lead cross-functional advancement initiatives from strategy through implementation • Establish project plans, timelines, and accountability structures • Provide strategic thought leadership and advisory support to assigned offices • Monitor and support offices in achieving quarterly indicators and annual fundraising goals • Identify local messaging and branding strengths and gaps with the Communications Support Officer • Allocate centralized development support for stewardship and local office development needs • Champion and project manage adoption of major national campaigns across assigned offices • Lead campaign readiness and execution, coordinating donor and mass marketing strategies, timelines, deliverables, and resources • Supervise employees, including monitoring work, approving timesheets and time off, tracking performance, setting goals, and documenting performance concerns • Lead staff as a spiritual leader through prayer, devotionals, and fostering a Christian environment • Train and support use of HubSpot, Dynamics, RENXT, and other CRM tools • Assist with portfolio analysis, goal setting, and opportunity tiering • Coach local fundraising staff on sales processes, meeting scheduling, pitch development, and partner care • Liaise with Strategic Partnership Directors, Partnership Trust Impact Team, and Corporate and Foundations Team on donor and foundation proposals and reports • Facilitate cross-office learning and best-practice sharing • Provide instruction on portfolio management, forecasting, donor strategy guides, and portfolio tiering • Provide prospective leads based on wealth research and support lead cultivation

🎯 Anforderungen

• Mature and personal Christian faith • Commitment to World Relief’s mission, vision, and values • Desire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communities • Ability to affirm and/or acknowledge World Relief’s Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity, and National Association of Evangelicals’ For the Health of The Nation document • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field • 5+ years of progressive experience in nonprofit fundraising, including major gift pipeline development • 2+ years of direct supervisory experience, including performance management, goal tracking, professional development, and team coaching • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of seeing projects from ideation through implementation to completion • Results-driven orientation with strategic acumen and ability to align plans and activities with strategic goals • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster strong collaboration • Strong people management skills • Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence • Experience with Raisers Edge NXT • Experience with HubSpot • Fluency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
