Beschreibung

• Establish and maintain business relationships with third-party service providers supporting clinical trials • Implement Worldwide’s vendor governance program strategy • Monitor, measure, and report program compliance rates and effectiveness • Support study teams in resolving vendor performance issues • Work cross-functionally to resolve vendor-related quality incidents and oversee CAPA plan implementation • Measure and assess vendor performance using scorecards, satisfaction surveys, and vendor-provided KPIs • Document, evaluate, and report strategies and core vendor performance • Foster inter-vendor collaboration and a one-team culture to deliver operational excellence • Identify continuous improvement initiatives with core and critical vendors • Implement a service-category-based performance metrics program for standardized category management oversight • Promote and organize vendor-led training and workshops • Support vendor assessments and track assessment, qualification status, and audit certificates • Represent Vendor Management in Sponsor qualification audits • Monitor and manage outsourced-service risks through Vendor Risk Mitigation Plans • Perform other activities supporting Vendor Management Leadership

🎯 Anforderungen

• Great interpersonal skills and ability to interface appropriately with all levels of the organization across the global footprint • Strong attention to detail • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Experience with Trackwise, Salesforce, Sciforma, or related database systems is an advantage • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet tight deadlines • Experience managing vendor performance and associated improvement plans • Awareness and use of continuous improvement techniques and practical implementation of lean manufacturing • Relationship management ability at executive and operational levels • High degree of accuracy and ability to deliver within tight timelines • BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum 3 years of vendor management experience required • Pharmaceutical/CRO industry experience preferred
