Beschreibung

• Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to identify potential opportunities and schedule appointments for the sales team. • Research prospective clients and gather relevant business information. • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate prospect and client data. • Build and manage lead lists through online research and database management. • Track outreach activities and appointment-setting performance metrics. • Follow up with prospects through phone, email, and other communication channels. • Organize and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and sales-related documentation. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business development initiatives. • Ensure all prospect interactions are documented accurately within CRM systems. • Assist with lead qualification and pipeline management activities.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Previous experience in appointment setting, business development, lead generation, or sales support. • Experience conducting outbound B2B cold calling. • Strong verbal and written English communication skills. • Professional and neutral English accent. • Excellent research and information-gathering abilities. • Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy. • Experience working with CRM platforms. • Proficiency with spreadsheets and data management. • Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours. • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization and accuracy. • Experience within mortgage, lending, banking, real estate, appraisal, title, escrow, or related industries is highly preferred. • Experience supporting business development or sales teams. • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. • Friendly, energetic, and professional communication style. • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment. • Comfortable handling high-volume outreach activities. • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
