Beschreibung

• Manage and oversee client cases from initiation through resolution, ensuring timelines and expectations are met • Maintain consistent and clear communication with clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries promptly • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all case-related tasks are progressing efficiently • Track case progress, documentation, and deadlines with strong attention to detail • Identify potential issues early and take initiative to resolve them proactively • Deliver a high level of client service, ensuring a positive and professional experience

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Self-starter mentality with a proactive and “go-getter” attitude • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Positive, upbeat personality with a client-first mindset • Previous experience in a Case Manager role or similar client-facing position • Experience working in legal services or a related industry is a plus • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think ahead • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
