Beschreibung

• Own the downstream market strategy for Plenish high oleic soybeans within livestock feed markets • Build deep understanding of feed processor economics, nutrition drivers, and value propositions of high oleic soybean products • Identify regional and species-specific opportunities where high oleic traits improve feed efficiency, fat profiles, or handling characteristics • Translate feed market insights into clear demand signals, volume requirements, and growth priorities • Lead strategic relationships with feed mills, processors, integrators, and nutrition influencers • Serve as the primary point of accountability for annual Plenish soybean feed programs • Build partner confidence through consistent engagement, value demonstration, and delivery against commitments • Identify and develop new feed processor partnerships and channel expansion opportunities • Partner with internal teams to align downstream demand with processing capacity and logistics • Clearly communicate feed market demand, customer requirements, and program priorities to internal stakeholders • Support planning processes related to acreage expansion, supply coordination, and long term feed strategy

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience in feed ingredient markets, or livestock production systems • Strong understanding of feed formulation, livestock nutrition, or grain processing economics • Proven ability to lead external partnerships and demand-driven programs • Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration across marketing, commercial, and operations teams • Strategic mindset with ability to translate market needs into executable programs • Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills • Bachelor’s degree required; agriculture, animal science, or business preferred
