Beschreibung

• Managing accounts payable/receivable, invoice processing, reconciliations, collections, and financial reporting. • Overseeing banking, treasury, and cashflow operations, including cryptocurrency payments. • Driving end-to-end contract management workflows. • Ensuring compliance and governance across multiple jurisdictions, including document recertifications, legal reviews, and board governance. • Maintaining accurate, organized record-keeping • Administering tools, systems, accounts, and licenses across the organization. • Analyzing workstreams to identify automation opportunities and efficiency gains. • Owning special projects that expand our organizational capabilities. • Collaborating with founders and senior leadership and across marketing, sales, product and engineering to remove operational friction. • Proactively surfacing risks before they become problems.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4+ years in operations, finance, administration, or project management. Startup experience is a plus. • Proven ability to manage contract workflows, financial operations, and record-keeping with a high degree of accuracy. • Strong grasp of AP/AR, cashflow management, treasury oversight, and financial reporting. • Familiarity with corporate governance, international compliance obligations, and contract management. • Tech-savvy with proficiency in automation and AI tools, Google Workspace, AP platforms, and banking systems. • Able to manage multiple workstreams concurrently and deliver end-to-end without being managed through the details.
