Beschreibung

• Lead a team of AI Tutors responsible for delivering training data and evaluations for SpaceXAI’s models • Own end-to-end quality and delivery for assigned Human Data projects • Personally review work for accuracy, consistency, guideline adherence, and high-quality data production • Lead, coach, and performance-manage AI Tutors, including performance reviews, records, action plans, shadow sessions, and continuous improvement • Oversee and participate in labeling and reviewing tasks • Manage taxonomies and quality assurance processes • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements • Track performance through KPI dashboards, including quality metrics, throughput, and send-back rates • Build, update, and deliver training materials, practice tasks, and certification benchmarks • Manage certifications and workforce adjustments • Collaborate with Human Data Managers, Team Leads, and Engineering to translate model needs into labeling strategies and requirements • Coach and develop talent while supporting accountability and disciplinary actions as needed • Document outcomes and report project status, risks, and results • Represent tutors and foster collaboration across the Human Data organization

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil, Environmental, or a closely related engineering field • 2+ years of professional experience in engineering practice, such as design, analysis, testing, R&D, or systems integration, OR a Master's degree or higher in an engineering or engineering-related field • Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and how high-quality training data impacts model performance • Candidates must be based in one of the listed countries where SpaceXAI has a physical office; remote work is also possible • Preferred: advanced degree or professional licensure (PE or FE/EIT) • Preferred: experience with data quality metrics, annotation processes, and guideline-driven workflows • Preferred: breadth across multiple engineering disciplines • Preferred: experience with performance management, coaching, training program development, and certification frameworks • Preferred: 1+ years of hands-on experience in data labeling, annotation, AI training/evaluation, content quality, or similar operational domains • Preferred: professional experience building scalable, high-performance technology applications • Preferred: previous experience leading small teams in data labeling, annotation, or related operations • Preferred: ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize effectively • Preferred: strong track record of reviewing domain work, ensuring data quality, and improving operational processes • Preferred: proficiency in data analysis and associated tools; SQL is a plus • Preferred: experience managing mixed employment types or distributed teams • Preferred: excellent verbal and written communication skills • Preferred: strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset • Preferred: strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution • Preferred: specialty or strong domain expertise in Finance, STEM, Coding/Software Engineering, or other technical fields • Preferred: passion for building high-performing teams and scaling Human Data operations
