Beschreibung

• Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow solutions for a federal program • Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and Customer Service Management modules • Develop custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine and Flow Designer • Build and maintain business rules, client and server scripts, UI policies and actions, ACLs, notifications, and catalog items • Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and external APIs • Gather requirements with business analysts and government stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions • Participate in Agile activities including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, demonstrations, and retrospectives • Perform unit, integration, and system testing and support user acceptance testing • Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions • Develop and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, configuration guides, and operational procedures • Support platform upgrades, patching, and release management • Implement secure coding practices and comply with federal security and governance requirements • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on NIST, FedRAMP, FISMA, and agency-specific compliance • Support Authority to Operate activities and security assessments • Ensure Section 508 accessibility compliance when applicable

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience • 3–7 years of professional software development experience • 2–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience • Strong programming experience with one or more of JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C#, Python, or C++ • Experience developing JavaScript, HTML, CSS, C++, and Python • Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Catalog development • Experience developing REST APIs and web applications • Experience with Git and modern version control practices • Familiarity with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Oracle SQL Developer • Experience working in Agile software development environments • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills • U.S. citizenship • Public Trust or favorable secret clearance minimum to start • Ability to pass an extensive background investigation • Ability to obtain and maintain all required access authorizations • Preferred: Experience supporting federal civilian or Department of Defense/Department of War programs • Preferred: Experience developing applications in ServiceNow and AWS • Preferred: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized applications • Preferred: Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD • Preferred: Knowledge of secure coding principles and software vulnerability remediation • Preferred: Familiarity with IAM, SSO, and multi-factor authentication • Preferred: Knowledge of federal cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements • Preferred: Experience integrating with Active Directory, LDAP, OAuth, or SAML • CompTIA Security+ • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator preferred • AWS Certified Developer preferred
