Beschreibung

• Execute the annual territory sales plan while maintaining a long-term relationship-selling approach • Represent the company, products, and brand at trade shows and other business events • Ensure individual sales targets are achieved for the assigned territory • Ensure effective use of corporate resources • Deliver positive channel partner value • Ensure positive customer sales • Shape and execute the territory sales plan • Serve as primary contact for sales, planning, and marketing matters for assigned accounts • Influence and execute the placement plan for Yamaha products within the assigned territory • Report on market insights, competitive conditions, and products • Assess and recommend training options for channel partners and provide direct training • Document territory sales cycle activity • Facilitate demand-generating events and relationships within the territory

🎯 Anforderungen

• Candidates must be located in Southern CA • Lives within territory (Southern CA region) • Demonstrated success with selling and marketing techniques • Experience with office productivity software • Travel up to 75%; includes some nights and weekends • Proven sales experience • Experience with CRM systems • Preferred: 1+ years sales experience • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree • Preferred: Experience working in retail or wholesale environment • Preferred: Excel Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, If/Then • Preferred: Experience in the music/sound industry • Preferred: Tableau • Core behavioral competencies: Yamaha Way (Will, Integrity, Initiative, Challenge, Commitment), Customer Focus, Decision Quality, Plans and Aligns, Collaborates, Self-Development, Situational Adaptability
