Beschreibung

• Develop and maintain product roadmap for planning and analysis solutions. • Partner with FP&A teams to translate business needs into technical requirements. • Manage backlog and prioritize features to maximize business value. • Champion agile and scrum practices across technical and business teams. • Track KPIs and drive continuous optimization of planning processes.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline. • Deep understanding of FP&A processes and planning systems. • Experience with financial systems and working closely with FP&A teams. • Hands-on experience with Oracle EPBCS or similar tools. • Strong leadership and product management skills in agile settings. • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex initiatives. • Experience in enterprise-scale planning transformations. • Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) preferred.
