Beschreibung

• Own all aspects of YouTube ad campaign setup and optimization as the primary channel manager. • Manage YouTube and Demand Generation campaign formats in Google Ads/Google Ads Editor with various Awareness, Consideration, and Conversion objectives. • Act as the internal and external POC for live and upcoming campaigns, make proactive recommendations to achieve client KPIs, implement requested changes, and ensure client requests are operationalized. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign execution aligns with client objectives. • Manage day to day tasks and responsibilities utilizing the team’s project management platform. • Monitor campaign pacing and adjust budgets and bids as necessary to deliver in full. • Deliver clear, data-driven performance reports and insights to clients. • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads across all YouTube ad formats and objectives (Awareness, Consideration, and Conversion). • Hands-on experience in managing monthly campaign budgets of $50k+. • Thorough understanding of Google Ads mechanics, including KPI optimization, audience targeting, pixel/tag implementations, and bid/budget management. • Proactive approach to campaign optimization and strategy. • Meticulous attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills. • Strong quantitative skills.
