Beschreibung

• Lead the technical direction of Zocdoc’s acquisition platform, enhancing system stability and user experience • Guide technical discussions and ensure scalable, dependable technical decisions • Build scalable APIs and microservices for frictionless data access and patient decision-making • Collaborate with Design to iterate on user experiences and improve the customer journey • Engage with Product on vision, strategy, and execution to deliver business value • Mentor engineers and drive team excellence through coding standards, automation, and continuous improvement • Lead AI-focused innovation initiatives using emerging data sources and architectures • Drive the evolution of SEO infrastructure powering thousands of patient-facing pages • Build APIs and services that make patient-facing data fast and reliable at scale • Collaborate with Design, Product, and Marketing on strategy and measurable impact

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience owning and evolving complex, user-facing platforms end-to-end • Experience designing performant systems with SEO and page speed as top priorities • Experience architecting full-stack solutions spanning backend APIs, AWS-based infrastructure, and React systems • Experience integrating third-party data sources and content management systems such as Contentful • Experience leveraging large language model (LLM) systems • Best-in-class practices in testing, CI/CD, observability, and system performance optimization • Experience mentoring and collaborating across distributed teams • Strong ownership of a technical domain • Focus on code quality, testing, and long-term maintainability • Product-driven focus on user needs
