Beschreibung

• Provide onsite support to veterinary clinics, laboratory research, and veterinary academic settings • Support implementation, training, operation, applications, and problem resolution for veterinary diagnostics products • Manage assigned clinic relationships to improve utilization, increase adoption, and minimize implementation time • Identify, quantify, qualify, track, and evaluate clinic pain points • Facilitate, develop, design, and implement clinic workflow processes • Respond to onsite technical support requests with troubleshooting and resolution of complex system problems • Provide product guidance, instruction, and formal and informal training presentations • Perform post-sale product installation and validation, applications training, and operations training • Complete daily activity documentation and detailed customer-visit reports • Collaborate with the Area Business Manager and Diagnostic Solutions Consultant in a team-based customer-service approach • Conduct intentional conversations with customer DVMs and practice managers to complete the product suite in clinics • Identify and report opportunities for additional analyzers and new opportunities through customer referrals • Travel up to 90% within NW Ohio, with occasional out-of-state travel for meetings and training

🎯 Anforderungen

• At least one year of experience working in a clinical setting • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe • Knowledge of diagnostic products, instrumentation, and clinic processes • Analytical mindset and demonstrable critical thinking skills • Availability and willingness to travel up to 90% of the work week within the territory • Ability to travel regularly to multiple locations within NW Ohio • Ability to accommodate customer visit requests • Ability to safely lift and move 60 lbs • Typically available during standard business hours, Monday through Friday • Associate’s degree required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience • Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, and auto insurance • All applicants must possess or obtain authorization to work in the US for Zoetis • Basic knowledge of animal disease states preferred • Degree from a Veterinary Technology Program preferred • Credentialed Veterinary Technician preferred
