Beschreibung

• Lead the Integrations, Workflows/Orchestration, and Data Management groups within Platform Engineering • Lead and develop three experienced Managers and approximately 40 engineers and contractors • Set the multi-quarter roadmap across integrations, workflows/orchestration, and data management • Drive platform modernization, organizational design, headcount planning, and career development • Partner with the VP of Software Engineering on platform strategy and organizational decisions • Own the strategy and roadmap for native integrations and APIs connecting ZoomInfo’s data product to customer systems • Guide architecture for scalable backend services, event-driven integrations, and workflow orchestration platforms • Drive connector development, partner/ISV integrations, API/webhook strategy, and developer experience • Ensure reliability, throughput, observability, security, high availability, fault tolerance, and scalability at enterprise scale • Own data quality and management capabilities including deduplication, standardization, enrichment, verification, compliance, and governance • Partner with Product, Cloud Partners, Legal, Compliance, and cross-functional stakeholders • Drive enablement programs including documentation, training, and onboarding • Manage vendor and partner relationships, contracts, negotiations, build-vs-buy evaluations, and SaaS cost optimization

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of progressive experience in software/platform engineering, integrations, or data engineering leadership roles • At least 4 years at the Director level or above • Experience leading and scaling engineering organizations of 25+ people through managers • Strong working knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, NestJS, Kafka, and workflow orchestration platforms such as Temporal or Google Cloud Workflows • Experience owning integrations or connector ecosystems across CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, and data warehouse platforms • Experience managing through managers and developing high-performing teams • Experience with enterprise-scale data quality and data management, including deduplication, standardization, enrichment, GDPR, and CCPA compliance • Proven cross-functional partnership with business and product stakeholders • Experience driving platform modernization initiatives • Strong vendor and partner management experience, including contract negotiations, build-vs-buy evaluations, and SaaS cost optimization • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Preferred: familiarity with event streaming and orchestration at scale, no-code/low-code workflow builders, API strategy and webhooks, and multi-cloud environments
