Description

• Support the daily operations of the Branch Office and Branch Manager(s) • Work with Sales, referrals, and/or patients to gather missing documentation and information to meet insurance guidelines • Answer customer phone calls, provide introductory information, troubleshoot common product or service issues, resolve questions, and escalate concerns when necessary • Create and work with intakes and review ACIS screens to assist customers • Confirm delivery appointments, verify insurance, obtain equipment authorization based on payor guidelines, complete processing-tool tasks, monitor faxes, and perform data-entry document triage • Perform post-delivery work-order confirmation and data entry • Make initial outbound calls, send faxes and SMS messages to patients and referrals upon receipt of orders • Conduct downloads of recording devices such as apnea monitors, oximeters, CPAP devices, and other respiratory equipment as directed • Handle audit/documentation requests and assist with document retrieval for billing • Support the overnight oximetry program • Collect credit card and billing information as needed • Assist with patient scheduling for equipment delivery and pickup • File and fax records routinely • Set up or return equipment, instruct patients, complete paperwork, explain insurance and out-of-pocket expenses, and handle payments • Make outbound customer satisfaction calls to patients and referrals • Order inventory or office supplies • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Exigences

• Meets company minimum standard of Background Check • High school diploma or GED is required • At least two years related experience in an office environment is preferred • Good organizational skills • Strong customer relations/problem solving • Strong phone skills • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills • Ability to multi-task effectively • Ability to communicate effectively via phone using technology software electronically • Applicable competency testing must be completed prior to coordinating, delivering, function testing, or downloading respiratory equipment • Microsoft Office programs • Basic printing/faxing/scanning • English (reading, writing, verbal) • Basic Math Skills • Knowledge of DOT/FDA Regulations (preferred) • Bilingual (reading, writing, verbal) (preferred) • Previous interaction with the Public in a service management industry (preferred) • Must be able to travel by plane and automobile (if applicable) • Possible lifting of equipment up to 50 lbs.
