Description

• As an Operator Sales Team member, you will be a key player in our sales strategy, working closely with clients and customers to promote and sell our products. • Your role is crucial in maintaining and expanding our client base, ensuring a positive and successful sales process. • You will be responsible for building relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

🎯 Exigences

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in a business-related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry or with a focus on operator-level sales. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, ensuring efficient sales process management. • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software for effective sales tracking and reporting. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative and productive sales environment. • A results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs. • A self-motivated and proactive approach to sales, with a passion for driving business growth. • Willingness to continuously learn and develop sales skills, staying updated with industry best practices.
