Description

• Own roadmap initiatives from definition through delivery, including enhancements, defects, and enablement, while aligning execution to the broader product vision. • Define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that clearly capture user needs, business value, assumptions, and scope. • Prioritize the backlog to maximize business value while balancing roadmap goals, client commitments, technical constraints, and delivery risk. • Partner with the Product Manager to turn solution strategy into clear priorities and delivery plans. • Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, Operations, and customer-facing teams to reduce ambiguity, manage dependencies, and remove blockers. • Lead refinement sessions to ensure Engineering understands scope, intent, dependencies, and acceptance criteria. • Support validation, defect triage, and release readiness to help ensure quality delivery and smooth handoff into production and support. • Gather user feedback and usage insights to inform prioritization and improve adoption. • Conduct workshops, current-state analysis, and workflow mapping to identify pain points and validate opportunities. • Partner with Design, Architecture, and Engineering to validate workflows, prototypes, and future-state solutions before development begins. • When customers fund roadmap work to accelerate priority, partner with customers, Solutions Architects, Engagement Managers, Sales, and Product Management to clarify requirements, align acceptance criteria, and support execution. • Track product performance across adoption, stability, support trends, and business impact.

🎯 Exigences

• 4-5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a similar role supporting software delivery • Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and backlog-driven delivery. • Ability to quickly understand complex, data-driven platforms and integrations. • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with confidence engaging enterprise customers and internal stakeholders. • Ability to balance roadmap delivery, support needs, operational work, and new opportunities. • Strong requirements, story-writing, and acceptance-criteria discipline with high attention to detail. • Comfort working through ambiguity and creating clarity for teams and stakeholders. • Ability to use examples, process flows, or prototypes to clarify logic and build shared understanding. • Curious, collaborative, and outcome-oriented.
