• As a Sales Support Assistant, you are part of our sales team and support the processing of customer inquiries and the preparation of quotes • You ensure structured processes, professionally prepared proposals, and reliable, service-oriented communication. • In close coordination with the sales team, you ensure inquiries are processed quickly and act as an important interface between customers and sales. • You assist the sales team in preparing quotes for existing and new customers. • You handle customer inquiries received via our website or other channels. • You create and maintain quotes and records in our ERP system. • You take on administrative tasks related to quote preparation. • You maintain and update customer and master data in the system. • You work closely with internal teams to support a smooth sales process. • You serve as a point of contact for internal colleagues and external contacts.
• Ideally, you have completed commercial training or hold a comparable qualification, but this is not mandatory. • Ideally, you bring initial experience in sales, office management, or administrative tasks. • You work confidently with MS Office, especially Excel. • ERP or CRM experience is a plus but not required. • You communicate very confidently in German and ideally have English skills. • You work in a structured and reliable manner and keep an overview even when handling multiple tasks. • You demonstrate a service-oriented work approach and enjoy customer contact. • You enjoy working in a team and show initiative.
