Description

• Own product design across consumer and business products, including acquisition, conversion, customer experience, retention, core systems, Airalo One, reseller experience, corporate experience, and partner onboarding • Set the product design strategy and determine long-term priorities and trade-offs • Lead product design, research, and the product design guild as one function • Own how the brand is expressed within the product in partnership with Marketing • Define and enforce quality standards, including design systems, accessibility, and product language • Land the brand evolution in the product through the flagship connectivity launch • Improve the app with native iOS and Android micro-animations, haptics, and interaction patterns • Define the design system's needs and accessibility standards • Establish the working boundary between design and product management • Shift research toward setting strategic questions that shape the roadmap • Build the design and research career framework • Define team structure and hire team members • Report to the Chief Product Officer as a peer to the Consumer Product and B2B Product leaders

🎯 Exigences

• Experience leading design for a business at real scale and responsibility for a whole product rather than a slice of one • Consumer product depth; experience running a business or professional product is a strong advantage • Experience leading or working closely with research and understanding its strategic purpose beyond validation • Experience writing and securing adoption of a design strategy • Close involvement in design work and strong judgement on product screens • Experience growing designers into leads and leads into managers • Ability to make the commercial case for design fluently • Ability to build scalable design systems and understand their maintenance costs • Ability to communicate comfortably in English in meetings and asynchronously
