Description

• Lead the strategy, performance, security, and continuous improvement of Managed File Transfer (MFT), Control-M, Control-D, print fulfillment platforms, and associated AWS-hosted infrastructure • Establish, monitor, and report key performance metrics, SLAs, and system health indicators • Direct incident management, escalation, disaster recovery, and business continuity programs • Drive adoption of AI, AIOps, and automation solutions to enhance monitoring, streamline workflows, and improve service reliability • Leverage Generative AI and intelligent automation for technical documentation, knowledge management, support operations, and user experience • Advise internal stakeholders and external clients, aligning technology services with business objectives • Lead client onboarding activities and serve as senior escalation point for critical operational issues • Manage strategic technology and business partner relationships, including vendor selection, contract renewals, licensing, and performance management • Establish and mature 24x7 support capabilities, root cause analysis, process improvements, and proactive stability measures • Lead, coach, and develop engineers, analysts, and technology professionals • Promote continuous learning, accountability, innovation, cross-functional partnership, and career growth

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 7+ years of experience in IT operations • At least 3+ years in a formal people management or leadership role • Direct experience managing Control-M or similar enterprise schedulers, Control-D, and MFT platforms • Experience managing AWS infrastructure operations, including EC2, S3, IAM, and CloudWatch • Experience with SFTP, AS2, and HTTPS data transmission protocols • Experience with high-volume print fulfillment workflows • Proven track record managing high-severity production incidents • Must reside in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia • Proof of US citizenship required at time of hire • Must have work authorization that does not require current or future visa sponsorship in the United States • Successful completion of a background check and applicable employment screening
