Description

• Support the development, refinement, and communication of the Claims Transformation strategy • Link strategy to execution priorities and expected outcomes • Structure complex business challenges into strategic choices, recommendations, and action plans • Develop executive-level presentations, strategic narratives, and leadership communications • Translate complex concepts and transformation initiatives into concise, decision-oriented materials • Conduct strategic analyses and develop business cases and outcome measures • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments • Translate industry and competitive insights into business implications • Partner across Claims, Technology, Analytics, Finance, and Product teams • Facilitate discussions and working sessions supporting decision-making, alignment, adoption, and change readiness • Influence senior stakeholders and build consensus across leaders and partners

🎯 Exigences

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business transformation, or related fields • Ability to solve complex business problems and develop strategic recommendations translated into execution priorities and measurable outcomes • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills • Experience developing presentations and communications for senior leadership audiences • Strong analytical and structured-thinking skills • Strong stakeholder management skills • Experience influencing senior leaders and leading complex cross-functional initiatives without direct authority • 4-year Bachelor’s Degree • Successful completion of a background investigation • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
