Alto est un projet et une organisation qui développent un réseau ferré à grande vitesse dédié aux passagers le long du corridor Toronto–Québec. Le plan prévoit environ 1 000 km de voies principalement électrifiées avec des vitesses atteignant les 300 km/h pour raccourcir les temps de trajet, stimuler la croissance économique, créer des emplois et réduire les émissions de gaz à effet de serre. Alto participe activement à la consultation publique et autochtone, à l'acquisition de propriétés, aux appels d'offres et à la recherche préalable à la construction pour réaliser un grand programme d'infrastructure nationale qui s'aligne sur les engagements gouvernementaux en matière de neutralité carbone et de réconciliation.

Description

• Provide personalized, direct support to patients, primarily addressing pharmacy-related needs by phone and email messaging • Identify, address, and resolve pharmacy-related inquiries and challenges • Engage with other teams to support patient needs and improve the overall experience • Demonstrate empathy in patient interactions and handle escalations • Provide resolutions and ensure overall patient satisfaction • Provide feedback on common issues and workflow improvements from patient interactions • Follow predefined workflows to fulfill pharmacy needs within standard timeframes and processes • Process and troubleshoot complex pharmacy cases • Manage patient escalations through phone, text, chat, and email

🎯 Exigences

• High school diploma or equivalent • Active pharmacy technician license in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy of the state where applying, free of disciplinary actions • 2+ years of experience working in a high-volume pharmacy with patients and providers • Ability to work the specified shift • Ability to learn and operate a new pharmacy management system and other relevant programs • Ability to interpret, transcribe, and troubleshoot prescription information • Ability to perform common math calculations • Ability to effectively communicate with patients and providers by phone • Experience with specialty claims adjudication preferred • Experience submitting and managing Prior Authorizations and TARs preferred • Experience with fertility and specialty medications preferred • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States • Alto is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa
