Description

• Serve as the key contact for assigned accounts within a territory • Provide tactical sales direction and communication strategies to defend existing business and gain new business • Implement business and marketing plans for assigned accounts with stakeholders • Deliver profitable year-over-year sales growth for the assigned territory • Increase business with existing and new accounts through prospecting and networking • Manage account complexities and communicate customer needs internally • Support key business negotiations and influence decisions and actions • Build trusted customer relationships and collaborative relationships across leadership, marketing and R&D • Support share-of-wallet growth, commercialization and onboarding strategies • Network externally with industry influencers, co-packers, machine suppliers, OEMs and industry associations • Coordinate Sales Management, R&D, Marketing and Field Service for validation and customer trials • Manage accounts receivable with assistance from the credit department • Identify actions to address strategic unmet customer needs • Collaborate cross-functionally on defined technology, product management and commercial strategies • Report sales and marketing performance for monthly management reporting • Drive forecast accuracy • Communicate competitive intelligence, marketing strategies, pricing structures and product performance • Manage account planning, pipeline, profitability improvements and churn in the CRM tool

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s Degree • 3+ years relevant experience in technical, sales and general management, preferably within the packaging industry • Experience working in a large-scale business-to-business environment • Proven track record of successful sales growth and profitability • Experience with negotiations • Ability to travel domestically and internationally 60% of the time
