Description

• Forecast and own the demand plan by building and maintaining a rolling pipeline forecast by channel and segment • Design and lead the Strategic team's ABM program, including account tiers, buying committees, and coordinated multi-channel outreach • Direct paid media strategy across SEM, paid social, and display • Partner with content on SEO/AEO strategy and prioritize keywords, topics, and pages based on conversion and revenue data • Optimize the full funnel by identifying conversion drop-off and leading experimentation, page changes, and process improvements • Partner cross-functionally on product-led growth and product-qualified lead signals • Set and deliver qualified pipeline targets across sales-assisted and self-serve motions • Track and improve CAC, pipeline velocity, and marketing-sourced/influenced revenue as a percentage of spend • Embed Claude and MCP-connected data sources into reporting and campaign QA workflows • Report to the CMO and partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Product, and CS

🎯 Exigences

• 10+ years of progressive experience in demand generation, growth, or performance marketing • Experience owning the function within a B2B SaaS organization selling through both sales-assisted and self-serve motions • Experience owning pipeline forecasting and presenting forecasts to leadership • Fluency with CAC, LTV:CAC, and pipeline efficiency metrics • Experience building and running a Strategic/enterprise ABM program • Fluency in account tiering, ABM technology, and multi-channel orchestration • Working fluency in PLG mechanics, including product-qualified leads, self-serve conversion, and usage-based triggers • Experience managing SEM, paid social, and display at scale • Strong command of SEO fundamentals and current knowledge of AEO/answer-engine optimization • Experience owning website conversion performance • Sophisticated fluency in attribution and funnel analytics • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce • Demonstrated people leadership and experience building and developing a high-performing demand generation or growth team • Experience using reporting infrastructure built on marketing automation and CRM platforms
