• Be our full cycle sales engine: As one of the first sales employees, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and shaping our sales strategy • Drive sales execution: You actively develop and expand sales channels, implementing robust go-to-market strategies to increase market share and revenue • Lead outreach initiatives: You handle initial contacts, cold calling, and email campaigns to effectively generate leads and close deals • Collaborate with management: You work closely with our CEO and the sales team, on strategies to drive company growth
• 2+ years of experience in sales execution as e.g. AE or a similar role • Strong understanding of sales processes and experience working in an early stage start-up • Proven ability to manage CRM systems; best case HubSpot • Fluent in both German and English • Nice-to-haves: Fluent in Spanish, French or Italian
