• You develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key B2B customers, with a focus on selling used cars • You work with an attractive dealer portfolio made up of cold and warm leads • You continuously drive the development of sales structures within B2B sales • You analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities • You monitor customer performance, sales forecasts and key metrics and report on them • You are a problem solver and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Many years of experience in telesales • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets • Excellent negotiator • You combine hands-on operational work with strong analytical and problem-solving skills • CRM software and project management tools are second nature to you • Ideally, you already have solid knowledge of the automotive industry • You can competently and confidently support our German-speaking (prospective) customers
