• Acquire new customers via phone, email and in the field • Present our company and solutions from proposal preparation through contract closing • Drive growth by building and maintaining a high-quality sales funnel • Prepare sales forecasts and monitor performance against them • Identify key accounts and qualify new growth opportunities • Effectively plan customer appointments and field visits
• Proven experience in sales or a similar role within the parking management industry or a related field • Strong understanding of the industry, including current trends, challenges and competitors • Knowledge of parking management solutions, camera-based license plate recognition technologies and related services • Familiarity with the needs and requirements of B2B customers in the parking management sector • Experience in new business acquisition and building a high-quality customer base • Knowledge of sales methods and techniques for lead generation, customer acquisition and contract negotiation • Proficiency in MS Office and a CRM system (e.g., HubSpot) • Excellent German skills (C2) – written and spoken • Upper-intermediate English (B2); additional languages are a plus • Driving license required
