Description

• Build and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, researchers, and healthcare organizations • Deliver balanced, evidence-based scientific communication through one-on-one engagements, presentations, congresses, and educational programs • Gather and communicate clinical insights, emerging trends, evidence gaps, and unmet patient needs • Identify opportunities for research collaborations, investigator-initiated studies, real-world evidence generation, and strategic partnerships • Support advisory boards, expert engagement strategies, speaker development, and key scientific initiatives • Collaborate with Medical Affairs, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, and Commercial teams • Lead Medical Affairs projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring execution, impact measurement, and alignment with organizational priorities • Serve as a trusted scientific partner to healthcare professionals, KOLs, health systems, academic institutions, and professional societies • Bring the voice of the customer into critical business decisions and help shape Medical Affairs strategy

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, clinical, or healthcare-related field required • Experience in Medical Affairs, Scientific Affairs, MSL, Field Medical, or related healthcare/life sciences roles • Experience presenting scientific or clinical information to healthcare professionals and expert audiences • Strong ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific and clinical data • Proven success building credibility and relationships with healthcare professionals and scientific experts • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills • Knowledge of Medical Affairs compliance standards and scientific exchange requirements • Ability to translate customer insights into actionable business and evidence-generation strategies • Demonstrated leadership through influence, collaboration, and cross-functional partnership • Ability to travel approximately 50-70% • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Baxter is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
