Description

• Design, develop, document, test, debug, support, and maintain new and existing software systems and applications • Serve as a technical expert on development projects • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis and design • Write technical specifications based on conceptual designs and business requirements • Identify and evaluate new technologies for implementation • Analyze code, diagnose errors, and revise programs as needed • Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements • Consult with end users to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs • Gather stakeholder information and document functional, system, and data requirements • Assess technologies and create technical specifications or data models for new or modified internal applications and systems • Code, test, troubleshoot, maintain, and document integrated information systems and enterprise business solutions • Develop and maintain internal systems and applications using various programming languages • Fix defects, add functionality, and upgrade application components • Create test cases, analyze test results, and ensure solutions meet business needs • Train stakeholders and evaluate implemented technologies • Research new technology and development tools • Support testing teams as needed • Document system problems and resolutions • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software application issues • Maintain configuration management • Perform other job-related duties within the scope of responsibilities

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field required, or four years of related experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree • 4 years of software development experience required • Minimum of 3 years of IT experience using general development technologies such as C#, SSRS, SSIS, SQL Coding, XML, or comparable technologies such as .NET, BI, or ERP • Preferred IT EDI Team skills: 2 or more of BizTalk, C#, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, Azure Event Grid, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions • Preferred IT Enrollment Service Team skills: 4 or more of C#, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, Azure Event Grid, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, SSIS, SSRS, T-SQL, SQL • Preferred EPIC Technical Operations Team skills: C#, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, Azure Event Grid, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, SSIS, SQL, X12 EDI, FHIR, API creation • Preferred IT Provider Team skills: 4 or more of C#, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Bricks, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, SSIS, SSRS, FHIR, API Service, SQL • Knowledge and ability to analyze and solve complex logical problems • Experience with all aspects of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) • Ability to multitask and prioritize a heavy workload in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Understanding of business operations and key business drivers, or aptitude to develop understanding quickly • Flexibility to participate in an on-call rotation, including possible evening, weekend, and holiday work • Must be authorized to work for Louisiana Blue in the United States without employer-sponsored immigration support • Must pass background and pre-employment drug screening
